Dues Structure for Owners/Management Company: $200.00 (Base Fee) plus $2.00/per unit Please note – The official percentage of dues that is non-deductible for 2012 income tax purposes is 22%, according to the lobbying deduction provisions allowed. If above company/individual should decide not to renew their membership, a thirty-day (30) written notice will be provided to the Association, prior to membership renewal date.
Please note: Apartment owners and management companies must list all properties, as well as unit counts for each, that are operated in the St. Louis area or other counties governed by this association. Thank you! If you own or manage for than three properties, please email the list in its entirety to info@slaa.org
