Qualifications
Nominees in the category of “Management Company of the Year” must provide the supporting material as listed below, as well as complete a personal interview with the judges.
Nominees must manage and/or own multifamily rental housing in the Greater St. Louis Metropolitan area - including conventional, market rate, subsidized and/or senior living communities.

Portfolio Overview / Overall Performance Summary from 2023 (be sure to include a list of your communities in St. Louis and total number of units in St. Louis)
Greatest Company Success from 2023
Team / Employee Investment Programs from 2023 (i.e., employee perks, training, employee initiatives, enrich
Community Investment (i.e., community service projects, neighborhood involvement, charitable contributions, etc.)
SLAA Involvement
