Property awards will be divided into two (2) categories; built before and after 2010 for Market Rate, Affordable, City Living and Renovated Project of the Year.

Please note: Once all prpoerty nominations are received, nominees will be divided into groups based on the number of units where applicable.

Qualifications

Please provide a one-page narrative that describes, in detail why your property deserves to be honored as “Property of the Year”. All properties will be secretly shopped either in February or March. Judging is based on your comments and supporting material. Testimonials and photos are helpful!
